As per a report by Digitimes, Apple might make use of bigger batteries for the upcoming models. Apple Adopts IPD
Reportedly, it is claimed that Apple has increased the IPD (Integrated Passive Devices) adoption for the peripherals that will occupy less space in the upcoming models. These peripherals will be smaller in size as compared to the ones used in the previous generation models. Apparently, with the surge in the adoption of IPDs, the chip manufacturing partners such as Amkor and TSMC are likely to get solid business opportunities. In an earlier report, the iPhone 13 series was hinted to flaunt a relatively thicker build and an almost similar design to that of the iPhone 12 series.
